Partner with Us
Are you a property owner or property manager? Do you want to make a difference in your community? We want to partner with you! Community partnerships are crucial in helping move people off the streets and into safe, stable housing.
With our Quality Aftercare Case Management Program, our clients receive a year of case management after securing housing so that we can ensure their stability and success. In 2025, 95% of the people housed in our Quality Aftercare Program stayed housed.
