With funding from the California Department of Health Care Services, True North Housing Alliance has launched innovative mental health and substance use recovery programming that is improving the well-being and housing outcomes of people experiencing homelessness in Butte County. Programming includes therapeutic groups; expanded substance use disorder counseling; workforce development; staff training; and life skills workshops.
